The Agency is partnering with a well-regarded international law firm in the Cayman Islands in search of a Partner to  its Funds & Corporate practice.

This firm offers high-calibre, complex mandates, a collaborative culture, and a flexible working environment. The successful candidate should have significant experience in the establishment, regulation and maintenance of offshore investment and corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, and some regulatory experience.

The firm has an excellent existing book of business, however you would also be expected to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships.

Candidates must be operating at a senior level with significant experience in offshore funds and corporate transactions. 

Candidates with existing Cayman experience are preferred.

An attractive remuneration structure would be provided.
