The Agency is partnering with a highly respected Dispute Resolution practice in the Cayman Islands to recruit a Dispute Resolution Associate with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE.

This leading full-service offshore firm is internationally recognised and regularly acts on some of the most significant and high-value disputes arising in the Cayman Islands.

The successful candidate will work across a broad spectrum of complex offshore litigation matters, including insolvency, investment fund disputes, shareholder litigation, trusts and fiduciary issues, fraud, and asset tracing.

As the successful candidate, you would receive guidance and mentorship from leading litigators in the jurisdiction, with a clear performance-based path for progression.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of strong contentious experience gained at a reputable onshore or offshore practice, together with an excellent academic background.
