The Agency is recruiting for a Regulatory Operations Executive on behalf of our client.

• Conduct customer due-diligence reviews, including document verification, screenings and risk assessments.
• Monitor higher-risk clients, ensuring up-to-date records and consistent adherence to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support compliant onboarding and address regulatory or procedural queries.
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements and support assurance/testing activities to validate compliance quality.
• Prepare status updates and reporting for management and compliance stakeholders.

• Relevant degree or financial-services experience with strong exposure to AML/CFT.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with compliance systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, work independently, and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Salary: US$85,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
