The Agency is recruiting for an Admin Assistant – HR on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including front desk coverage and employee inquiries.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate screening, interview preparation, and documentation management.
- Support onboarding, training administration, and volunteer/internship programs, including scheduling and coordinating sessions.
- Manage office tasks such as filing, correspondence tracking, vendor interactions, and internal requisitions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma with at least two years of relevant experience or a college degree with one year of office experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Self-motivated, organized, able to work under pressure, with a valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
Salary: US$43,000 – US$56,000 per annum.
