The Agency is recruiting for a P&C Assistant Claims Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage property and casualty claims from initiation through settlement.
- Review and approve high-value motor claims, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis.
- Supervise and mentor claims staff to maintain departmental efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and engineers to resolve claims and report outcomes to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance claims software systems.
- Industry certification or diploma in insurance is an asset.
Salary: US$97,000 – US$112,000 per annum.
