The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Officer on behalf of our client. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Immediate start.

• Provide day-to-day support across core finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
• Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting activities, and month-end processes under the guidance of senior finance leadership.
• Verify monthly financial data from ABRA, Aloha, and Counterpoint into Sage 300.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support effective financial controls and resolve routine discrepancies.
• Maintain well-organised financial records and contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Actively pursuing or committed to pursuing a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• At least 2-3 years of work experience.
• Must have experience with Sage 300.
• Sound analytical capability with the ability to work confidently with financial data and systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the potential to grow into more senior responsibilities.

Salary: US$30 – US$35 per hour.
