The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Governance & Board Services Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Lead and develop a key service line while managing a high-performing support team.

Client Engagement: Work closely with an international client base, providing board support and governance advice.

Strategic Influence: Contribute to process improvements, governance frameworks, and organizational initiatives across the firm.

• Manage and oversee board support services for a portfolio of client companies, including preparation of agendas, board packs, and minutes.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, attendees, and internal/external communications to ensure seamless board operations.
• Support client onboarding, KPI tracking, invoicing, and document management, including regulatory and notarized documents.
• Assist senior management with ad hoc projects, proposals, and general administrative support as needed.

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Recognized qualification and relevant professional membership in good standing.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience liaising with directors and investment managers in multiple formats.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$157,000 per annum.
