The Agency is recruiting for an Account Manager – Fund Services on behalf of our client.

Global Financial Exposure: Gain hands-on responsibility supporting sophisticated offshore fund structures within a highly regulated international environment.

Professional Credibility: Build technical depth and visibility by acting as a key client contact and trusted advisor across fund administration activities.

Career Progression: Work closely with senior leadership while contributing to complex projects that strengthen long-term advancement opportunities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund clients, managing operational queries through to effective resolution.
• Oversee core fund administration deliverables, including valuations, reporting, investor records, and cash activity oversight.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, AML/KYC, and reporting obligations while maintaining high service standards.
• Support team leadership through review work, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to operational improvements and projects.

• Professionally qualified accountant with relevant post-qualification experience in fund administration or a comparable offshore environment.
• Strong working knowledge of fund accounting principles, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and exercise sound judgment independently.
• Effective communicator with the confidence to engage clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
