The Agency is recruiting for a VP Reporting on behalf of our client.

Strategic Impact: Lead group-wide financial reporting at an enterprise level, influencing executive and board-level decision-making across a global alternative asset manager.

Leadership & Visibility: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while representing the organization with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Transformation & Excellence: Drive modernization of reporting processes and controls within a high-performance, entrepreneurial partnership environment.

• Provide senior oversight of consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, regulatory alignment, and adherence to international standards.
• Lead and develop reporting and close teams while strengthening governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Act as the primary reporting liaison to executives, boards, and external parties, supporting strategic and regulatory objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives through systems optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Post graduate degree from a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Senior-level qualified accountant with deep expertise in IFRS, controls, and complex group reporting environments.
• Extensive leadership experience overseeing multi-entity reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence at board and committee level.
• Proven capability to lead teams through change, process enhancement, and operational scale.
