Our client, a leading developer is seeking a Construction Inventory Clerk / Materials Controller to manage materials on a large mixed-use development. The role ensures accurate inventory, supports cost control, and keeps construction operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record materials
• Maintain secure storage and issue supplies to site teams
• Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements
• Support QS/Commercial reporting and liaise with suppliers

Requirements:

• Construction inventory or site logistics experience
• Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency
• Good communication; large-scale or Caribbean project experience a plus

Salary range CI$3500-4500 pm DOE. Immediate start preferred. On island candidates only.
