The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Chief Engineer on behalf of our client.

• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to technical teams to ensure effective daily operations and minor project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and tracking progress against defined objectives.
• Reinforce operational standards through follow-up, training support, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with management to support team development, evaluations, and operational readiness.

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams within complex commercial or property environments.
• Solid background in operational improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving.
• Strong communication, safety awareness, and ability to interpret technical documentation.

Salary: US$102,000 – US$126,000 per annum.
