The Agency is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of our client.

High-Impact Project Leadership: Lead complex, large-scale developments across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors with meaningful responsibility from delivery through closeout.

International Project Exposure: Gain experience working on projects in the Cayman Islands and overseas, broadening your professional and geographic scope.

Strategic Influence & Ownership: Play a central role in decision-making across safety, cost, quality, and schedule while shaping project teams and outcomes.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of major construction projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure contractual and performance expectations are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships while managing risk, change, reporting, and overall project governance.
• Drive compliance across safety programs, procurement strategies, financial controls, and project closeout activities.

• At least 10 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects within commercial or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage contractors across multiple workstreams.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen across construction, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Willingness to work primarily in Grand Cayman with flexibility to travel internationally as required.

Salary: US$144,000 – US$180,000 per annum.
