• Oversee and enhance the organization’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory expectations.
• Conduct targeted reviews and testing to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support regulatory reporting, investigations, and internal governance activities in coordination with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives, training efforts, and internal reporting processes.

• Relevant tertiary qualification with extensive experience in regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Professional certification in AML or compliance and demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory standards.
• Proven capability in audit, monitoring, and control assessment activities.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Salary: US$94,985 – US$107,936 per annum.
