The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Vice President, CoSec on behalf of our client.

• Oversee timely and accurate completion of statutory and regulatory filings, coordinating with relevant authorities as required.
• Support the establishment and ongoing administration of corporate entities, ensuring records and governance documentation are meticulously maintained.
• Manage high-quality document production, meeting coordination, and selected billing activities with precision and accountability.
• Contribute to annual governance obligations while staying informed on evolving regulatory and compliance developments.

• Relevant postgraduate professional qualification in corporate secretarial or governance disciplines.
• Proven experience operating in a corporate secretarial capacity within a regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ownership, substance, and compliance-driven reporting obligations.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
