• Provide administrative and operational support to regulatory reporting and data services activities across a diverse client portfolio.
• Maintain and update statutory and regulatory records, ensuring timely and accurate filings with relevant authorities.
• Collect, verify, and manage ownership and compliance-related information in line with internal standards and regulations.
• Support internal teams with data analysis, reporting, system updates, and audit or due-diligence requests.

• Right to work in the Cayman Islands.
• Solid understanding of local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of AML/KYC obligations, beneficial ownership requirements, and corporate governance principles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and familiarity with regulatory or compliance systems.

Salary: US$85,000 per annum.
