The Agency is recruiting for a Head of Pricing – Longevity / Bulk Pension Annuity on behalf of our client.

Strategic Market Leadership: Lead and shape a growing longevity and BPA portfolio within a globally recognised insurance platform.

High-Impact Executive Exposure: Operate at senior level, influencing pricing direction, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy.

Platform for Innovation: Drive pricing excellence and thought leadership in a business investing heavily in longevity and pension risk transfer capabilities.

• Provide strategic oversight and technical leadership to an international pricing function, ensuring strong governance and delivery standards.
• Direct pricing activities across longevity and bulk annuity transactions, including methodology review and profitability assessment.
• Collaborate with actuarial, risk, finance, and transaction stakeholders to support deal execution and portfolio performance.
• Contribute to forward-looking pricing frameworks and long-term portfolio strategy as part of senior leadership succession planning.

• Extensive experience in UK longevity and BPA pricing environments, with deep technical grounding in actuarial modelling and risk assessment.
• Proven leadership capability managing actuarial professionals across jurisdictions.
• Recognised actuarial qualification (FSA, FIA, FCIA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders within a regulated insurance context.
