This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility. You’ll manage your own portfolio of companies and partnerships, taking the lead on day-to-day administration while working closely with legal and internal stakeholders. You’ll be trusted to deliver work accurately, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships
  • Handling correspondence and requests from internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Preparing and filing corporate documents with relevant authorities
  • Interpreting board and shareholder resolutions and updating records accordingly
  • Maintaining and updating corporate records and internal databases
  • Supporting due diligence processes for directors and shareholders
  • Reviewing invoices and coordinating payments where required
  • Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Supporting wider team and management with ad hoc responsibilities

Experience:

  • Solid experience in corporate administration
  • Strong understanding of company secretarial processes and responsibilities
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of your work

Qualifications:

  • Progress towards or completion of ICSA (or equivalent qualification)
  • A degree in a business-related field
  • Experience working with corporate administration systems (e.g. ViewPoint)
