The Agency is recruiting for an Operational Risk Associate on behalf of our client.

Strategic Impact: Play a key role in shaping and strengthening risk frameworks within a highly regulated banking environment.

Enterprise Exposure: Work across multiple business units, influencing decisions and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Specialist Development: Gain deep expertise in operational risk governance, regulatory oversight, and control frameworks.

• Provide independent oversight and challenge on risk and control practices across various business functions.
• Lead and support execution of core risk programs, assessments, and governance processes.
• Oversee risk reporting, regulatory interactions, and policy implementation activities.
• Contribute to development of frameworks, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Relevant degree with experience in risk, compliance, audit, or similar governance roles.
• Strong grasp of operational risk principles, frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to assess risks, evaluate controls, and support policy or program enhancements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills within complex environments.

Salary: US$89,000 – US$111,000 per annum.
