The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Vice President – Captive / Reinsurance on behalf of an Insurance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of insurance-related entities and support operational efficiency.
• Review complex financial reporting documentation and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with clients, regulators, and financial institutions through ongoing communication and coordination.
• Support leadership initiatives by mentoring team members and contributing to business objectives.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory processes within financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; exposure to financial management platforms would be advantageous.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$130,000 per annum.
