Client Impact: Contribute to portfolio operations and reporting that directly support client investment objectives.

• Support trade processing and investment operations with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting activities, and investment account reviews.
• Coordinate administrative and operational tasks for advisors, including trade allocations and activity tracking.
• Help maintain compliance with internal investment guidelines and operational procedures.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Willingness to complete required industry certifications and professional courses within set timelines.

Salary: US$45,000 per annum.
