The Agency is recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of our client.

• Support day-to-day front-of-house operations and oversee service standards during busy trading periods.
• Assist in leading and motivating service teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience across multiple hospitality outlets.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operational flow and event execution.
• Monitor service procedures, product knowledge, and operational readiness to maintain high hospitality standards.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure.
• Demonstrated understanding of premium food and beverage service standards and operational procedures.

Salary: US$28,740 per annum.
