The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Strategic Impact: Play an integral role in strengthening risk management frameworks and supporting complex business operations.

• Lead and oversee compliance operations, including client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and regulatory risk assessments across complex structures.
• Supervise and allocate work across the compliance team to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of key processes.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations, risk considerations, and regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, internal audits, policy enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

• Professional certification in compliance, financial crime, risk, or a related discipline is required.
• Extensive experience within compliance, AML, sanctions, or regulatory advisory functions, including prior leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks and risk-based client due diligence practices.
• bility to assess complex ownership structures, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Salary: US$125,000 – US$165,000 per annum.
