The Agency is recruiting for a Reinsurance Financial Analyst on behalf of a Reinsurance firm in the Cayman Islands.

Senior Leadership Exposure: Work closely with executive leadership while contributing to key financial and capital management activities.

High-Impact Ownership: Take responsibility for critical reporting, controls, and stakeholder communication processes from an early stage.

Specialized Industry Experience: Gain exposure to a sophisticated reinsurance environment with broad visibility across finance, capital, and operational functions.

• Support and execute periodic financial control reviews to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information.
• Manage recurring reporting and communications for investors and other external stakeholders, ensuring information is reviewed and delivered accurately.
• Coordinate collateral and capital-related processes with external counterparties, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with process enhancements, issue resolution, and documentation to strengthen operational efficiency and control effectiveness.

• 2–6 years’ experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or a related finance discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and analytical review processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced written communication skills and proficiency with Excel; financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$115,000 per annum.
