The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Analyst on behalf of our client.

Regulatory Expertise: Develop and apply specialist knowledge in pension compliance within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Meaningful Impact: Play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards and supporting high-quality pension operations.

Professional Growth: Contribute to process improvements while working closely with experienced compliance and pensions professionals.

• Monitor pension compliance activities and support adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Review records and operational processes to ensure accuracy, identify risks, and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Assist with regulatory enquiries, employer compliance matters, and internal governance activities.
• Provide compliance guidance to colleagues while supporting policy updates, training initiatives, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional compliance qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in pensions, compliance, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks with excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while supporting and guiding team members.

Salary: US$70,000 – US$85,000 per annum.
