The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Trust Control Officer on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Play a key role in strengthening trust control processes while supporting and developing a specialist team.

Regulatory Impact: Contribute to high-level financial crime, risk management, and governance initiatives within a respected trust business.

Global Exposure: Gain experience working across complex offshore trust structures in a well-established international financial services environment.

• Oversee trust control activities, ensuring reviews and control processes are completed in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Support financial crime, fiduciary review, and risk assessment activities while identifying and addressing compliance-related matters.
• Maintain and enhance internal procedures, testing programmes, and quality assurance processes to strengthen operational controls.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders on trust control matters.

• Significant experience in trust and company administration within a regulated financial services environment.
• Professional trust qualification (such as STEP or equivalent) with strong knowledge of fiduciary and AML principles.
• Ability to assess complex client structures, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Salary: US$109,200 per annum.
