The Agency is recruiting for a Pension Administrator on behalf of our client.

• Manage and process pension-related applications while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide professional support to clients, responding to enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth operations.
• Ensure processes are completed in line with company policies, regulatory standards, and service expectations.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or currently working towards completion.
• Minimum  3 years previous office administration experience, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Salary: US$40,000 – US$55,000 per annum.
