The Agency is recruiting for a Trust Officer on behalf of our client.

Team Contribution: Play an active role in maintaining high service standards and supporting colleagues’ development.

• Administer a portfolio of trusts in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Conduct trust and investment reviews, transaction monitoring and financial statement reviews.
• Maintain accurate records while overseeing billing, receivables, deposits and timely correspondence.
• Manage complex client requirements and liaise with relevant professional intermediaries.

• A recognised trust qualification, such as TEP or ICSA, or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least five years’ experience in trust administration, with the ability to work independently.
• Broad knowledge of trust and estate administration, supported by accounting and investment awareness.
• Strong organisational, teamwork and staff-development capabilities.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$ 120,000 Per annum.
