The Agency is recruiting for a Business Development Manager (Banking & Finance) – London on behalf of our client.

• Develop and implement commercially focused business development plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Identify new opportunities, support relationship development and promote collaboration across teams and markets.
• Lead targeted pitches, campaigns, events and other market-facing initiatives while evaluating their effectiveness.
• Use CRM insights and performance data to strengthen targeting, reporting and business development decisions.

• Relevant qualifications and at least seven years’ business development experience within legal or professional services.
• Strong commercial knowledge of the Banking and Finance sector, with a record of delivering effective growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and engage external contacts.
• Strong project management, analytical and CRM capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$90,000 per annum.
