The Agency is recruiting for an AVP / VP – Insurance Management on behalf of our client.

Leadership Impact: Play a key role within the management team, leading client service professionals and supporting strategic initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Exposure: Build trusted relationships with senior clients, regulators and key industry stakeholders.

Strategic Growth: Contribute to operational improvements, business development and the continued growth of a well-established international organisation.

• Oversee the delivery of insurance management services across a diverse portfolio of client entities.
• Manage key client and stakeholder relationships while supporting regulatory, financial and governance requirements.
• Provide oversight of financial reporting, audits, regulatory submissions and other core client deliverables.
• Lead and develop client service teams while contributing to operational improvements and broader commercial initiatives.

• Degree in insurance, risk management, accounting, finance or a related discipline, together with a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA or ACCA.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with substantial captive insurance management or broader financial services experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and overseeing service delivery within a professional or regulated environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret technical insurance documentation and build lasting client relationships.

Salary: US$115,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
