The Agency is recruiting for a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager based in Singapore on behalf of our client.

International Exposure: Engage with high-net-worth clients and leading financial intermediaries across global markets.

Strategic Impact: Play a key role in driving business growth and expanding client relationships within the trust and fiduciary sector.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and identify new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and professional intermediaries.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from client origination and proposals through to successful onboarding.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored fiduciary solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, trust and fiduciary services, private banking, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of trust structures, wealth planning, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Established professional network with a proven track record of generating new business and managing high-value client relationships.
• Relevant degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications such as STEP, CFA, CA, or CFP are advantageous.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 per annum Commission.
