The Agency is recruiting for an Account Manager with on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate would have a strong background within the Captive Insurance or Reinsurance sector.

Impactful Contribution: Play a key role in client operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives, directly influencing business outcomes.

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, reporting, and related client documentation.
• Support investment monitoring and assist with analysis, filings, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate client interactions, meetings, and communications, including liaising with advisors and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and operational standards while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
   

Requirements:

• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to captive / reinsurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; professional qualifications preferred or in progress.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in common office and data tools.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Salary: US$75,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
