The Agency is delighted to be partnering with the premier insurance industry firm in Cayman in their international search for a high-calibre Account Manager.

The Account Manager will be responsible for preparing management and financial statements for several captive insurance accounts. In addition, responsibilities will also include: 

• Assisting a portfolio of licensed insurance companies
• Maintaining client accounting records, producing financial statements and other financial reports
• Regulatory and statutory reporting 
• Authorize and process captive account transactions
• Analyze complex financial transactions and make appropriate recommendations
• Manage and build relationships with clients and regulatory agencies
• Deliver a high level of client service
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:     

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Recognised professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA)
• Ideally trained in an international audit firm
• Insurance industry experience
• Previous experience in alternative risk financing or captive insurance
• Experience of group captives strongly preferred

Salary: US$85,000-95,000 per annum plus benefits
