The Agency is recruiting for an Accounts Manager on behalf of our client.

• Provide clients with insights on digital asset investment strategies through venture capital and tokenized structures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients, consistently upholding the company’s core values.
• Offer guidance and feedback to team members, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth.
• Oversee accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring the compliant preparation of financial statements.
• Stay informed on relevant legislation, AML regulations, and GDPR policies, recommending process improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with senior team members to redefine strategies and address issues effectively. 

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) required.
• At least 3 years of industry experience, preferably in Digital Assets or related fields.
• Technologically adept with proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, such as Allvue. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing assignments, and solving problems efficiently.
• A team player, eager to mentor and support colleagues. 

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
