We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Supervisor on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Process invoices while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
- Compile, organize, and maintain all necessary reports and documentation.
- Accurately allocate charges to General Ledgers (GLs) and relevant cost centers.
- Verify data entries across various systems and oversee data transfers.
- Create expense reports for promotional items and events for billing back to strategic partners.
- Oversee the posting and payment of credit card transactions.
- Update and manage recurring transactions such as rent, utilities, and insurance.
- Review, control, and authorize expenses, ensuring adherence to approval policies.
- Address vendor disputes and ensure timely receipt and posting of credits.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
- Analyze accounts and produce monthly and ad hoc financial reports.
- Conduct audits of documentation and rectify any inconsistencies.
- Assist in implementing new Accounts Payable procedures within the Finance Department.
- Present Accounts Payable information as required, maintaining confidentiality.
- Carry out inventory counts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Skilled in data entry and processing Accounts Payable transactions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Business Central, and Counterpoint SQL.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software applications.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements, including Income Statements.
- Experience with online banking platforms.
Salary: CI$40,000 – CI$55,000 per annum.
