The Agency is recruiting for an Actuarial Director (Life & Annuities) on behalf of a growing Reinsurance firm in Cayman.

Strategic Impact: Shape key reinsurance decisions and influence long-term business direction through high-level actuarial insight.

Leadership Exposure: Work closely with senior executives and contribute directly to board-level reporting and strategy.

Technical Breadth: Engage across pricing, capital, risk, and regulatory domains within a dynamic reinsurance environment.

• Lead actuarial oversight for reinsurance activities, including pricing, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Support capital assessment, risk monitoring, and scenario testing aligned to regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio performance tracking, and business initiatives.
• Manage regulatory interactions and ensure compliance with applicable standards and submissions.

• Extensive experience in actuarial roles within insurance or reinsurance environments.
• Strong analytical capability with exposure to modelling tools and financial frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration skills with a strategic and adaptable mindset.
