The Agency is recruiting for a Actuarial Director – Life & Annuity on behalf of our client.

Strategic Market Influence: Play a key role in shaping and expanding a senior life actuarial advisory presence in a globally significant insurance jurisdiction.

Broad Executive Exposure: Work across high-impact engagements spanning regulatory strategy, transactions, and complex financial decision-making for life insurers.

Leadership & Growth Platform: Operate at director level with clear scope to build teams, develop offerings, and influence long-term business direction.

• Provide senior actuarial and strategic advisory support to life insurers operating in or entering the Cayman market.
• Lead client engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee delivery quality across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, collaboration across regions, and selective business development.
• Guide, review, and mentor actuarial staff while ensuring technical rigor and professional standards.

• At least 7 years of actuarial experience within life insurance or consulting, with the credibility to advise at executive level.
• Strong capability in actuarial modeling, financial analysis, and reviewing complex technical work.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across geographies.
• Fellowship-level actuarial qualification preferred, with a proactive and commercially minded approach.

Salary: US$180,000 – US$230,000 per annum.
