The Agency is partnering with a leading global reinsurer to recruit an In-Force Actuary for their growing longevity portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team in the Cayman Islands.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor in-force longevity treaties, including data validation, experience analysis, and reconciliation of operational differences.
• Provide actuarial support to operations, resolving treaty interpretation issues and ensuring accurate financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Barbados operations team (12–20 analysts) and internal stakeholders to maintain portfolio health and compliance.
• Engage with UK-based clients on portfolio reviews and queries, ensuring strong relationships and operational clarity.

  
Requirements

• Fully qualified actuary with experience in longevity reinsurance or UK bulk annuity market.
• Strong technical skills in valuation, liability calculations, and treaty operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of bridging actuarial and operational perspectives.
