• Lead and deliver actuarial advisory projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Manage client portfolios, providing expert insights across reserving, valuations, pricing, and related areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to initiatives aligned with evolving regulatory and accounting standards.
• Support practice development through client relationship management, team leadership, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in the Non-Life/P&C (re)insurance space.
• Holds a relevant degree and a solid academic background in a quantitative discipline.
• Proven expertise in technical analysis, reserving, and managing complex projects, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, combined with flexibility to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
