As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a highly motivated, organized and solution-orientated person by nature. Thriving under pressure, you are a genuine people pleaser helping to support senior management with a variety of work-related tasks.
- Respond to internal and external telephone and email enquiries in a responsive and professional manner
- Copy type, photocopy, fax, scan and email, and email documents
- Data entry and excel spreadsheet updating as needed
- Undertake any administrative project work as and when required
- University Degree would be advantageous
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt well under pressure.
