The Agency is recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a temporary role with perm potential. Immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support while coordinating a global portfolio of engagements.
- Manage office communication by sending emails, delivering messages and mail distribution.
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with clients and colleagues and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Serve as a liaison between audit teams and clients, scheduling meetings, gathering required information, and addressing client queries.
- Input data into CRM software, assist with data analysis, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in business, management, or accounting; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
