• Lead and oversee a specialist team, ensuring delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact for regulatory and cross-border matters.
• Supervise onboarding, due diligence, and review processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Drive team development, process improvements, and risk management initiatives while staying current with regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and cross-border financial structures.
• Strong technical knowledge in due diligence, reporting, and classification processes.
• Familiarity with offshore regulatory frameworks and related reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively.
