The Agency is recruiting for an AML Officer on behalf of our client.

Industry Impact: Play a key role in shaping and maintaining robust compliance practices within a leading professional services firm.

• Oversee and implement AML/CFT compliance policies, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance to client boards and stakeholders on compliance matters, including reporting and risk assessments.
• Review and test client and service provider procedures, investigating and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Manage and support AML team members, including training, workload allocation, and development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with ad-hoc compliance requests or industry updates.
• Contribute to internal compliance projects and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification or a relevant university degree.
• At least 3 years of experience a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands AML regulations, particularly related to investment funds.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to train junior staff.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing client portfolios.
• Comfortable making decisions under pressure and collaborating as part of a team.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
