The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Claims Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the claims function, overseeing client renewals and ensuring all terms are met.
- Review and approve new or complex cases within the scope of authority.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues, escalating or negotiating with carriers as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking to better understand their policies.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Professional designations in health insurance, such as ACII or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
- Strong working knowledge of health insurance laws and claims processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: US$90,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
