The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Manager – Insolvency & Restructuring on behalf of our client.

• Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of restructuring assignments across different regions.
• Manage relationships with senior executives, legal teams, and financial institutions.
• Perform in-depth analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to clients, offering creative solutions for complex financial and operational issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact on select projects, keeping senior leadership informed and ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Evaluate dynamic and challenging situations, identifying and assessing restructuring options, including potential insolvency processes.
• Contribute to expanding the firm’s presence by participating in client acquisition and growth initiatives.

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Qualification such as CPA or equivalent with experience in Restructuring and Insolvency.
• Proven track record in managing workstreams within restructuring and insolvency engagements.
• Strong business insight and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially viable solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, even in high-pressure situations.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach with a desire to continuously expand your skillset and contribute to the firm’s success.
