The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Support store performance and operations by assisting with planning, goal setting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Oversee operational processes including inventory control, reporting, safety, and regulatory compliance to maintain efficiency and minimize risk.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and upholding company values across all interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solid background in retail operations, management experience and industry knowledge, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage teams and foster positive workplace interactions.
- Proficiency with core business tools and systems, along with the ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and resilience, including the capacity to work flexible schedules and make sound operational decisions under pressure.
