The role would take a focus on advising large, often international clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters, and governance-related matters.
  
As the successful candidate, you should have 1-4 years’ PQE with corporate experience with a reputable law firm and commonwealth or Irish-qualified.
  
The firm could offer an attractive remuneration package, as well as relocation assistance should the successful candidate be coming from overseas.
