The Agency is recruiting for an AVP, Corporate Services  on behalf of our client.

• Oversee fiduciary operations to ensure smooth governance processes and high service standards for clients.
• Support board and directorship functions, including preparation, documentation, and regulatory oversight.
• Drive client relationship management while identifying opportunities to enhance and expand service offerings.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and financial oversight of client portfolios.

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate, regulatory, or compliance roles, ideally within fiduciary or funds services.
• Bachelor’s degree with professional qualifications in law, finance, accounting, or compliance considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and technology skills, capable of working both independently and in collaboration with teams.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
