Strategic Influence: Play a key role in governance, regulatory engagement, and operational oversight within a critical offshore jurisdiction.

Leadership Opportunity: Work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and regulators while contributing to high-level decision-making.

• Support governance and oversight activities for Cayman-based regulated entities and corporate structures.
• Coordinate with regulators, internal compliance teams, and external providers to maintain adherence to local regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with third-party administrators, legal advisors, and operational partners to ensure effective service delivery.
• Assist with corporate administration, entity maintenance, and operational support tied to transactional activities.

• 3–5 years’ experience within offshore financial services, corporate administration, or regulated investment structures.
• Practical understanding of Cayman regulatory obligations, governance frameworks, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
