The Agency is assisting one of Cayman’s leading law firms in search of a Banking & Finance lawyer to join the firm’s practice as an Associate.

The is an international law firm that works with some of the largest financial institutions in the Americas. It offers a friendly and collaborative team environment, structured learning and transparent career development opportunities.

As the successful candidate, you would be working with financial institutions, private equity sponsors, hedge funds and corporates on a ranging of debt matters, including fund finance, leveraged finance, derivative based structures and genera banking.

The successful Associate should have 3-4 years’ PQE, banking & finance experience at a well-regarded law firm, and strong academics.
