The Agency is recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client. Please note this is a 3-month contract position. Immediate start.

• Promote and execute actionable reporting that highlights business trends, opportunities, and performance.
• Analyze and resolve business challenges, gather data, and evaluate processes to define clear requirements.
• Assist with feasibility studies and implement solutions to optimize processes.
• Stay updated with IT advancements to streamline and automate systems.
• Offer guidance on resolving complex business application challenges.
• Assist in developing workflow charts and cost estimate models.
• Prepare progress reports and assist with resource validation and cost estimation.
• Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks as required while collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally with a background in customer service and software support.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in areas such as occupational analysis, database development, UNESCO’s occupational classifications, or website administration.
• Support team and individual growth through training and task assignments.

Salary: US$25 – US$30 per hour depending on experience.
